Sitting Pretty Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
The Sitting Pretty Membership (“Membership”) is a subscription program operated by Creative Kids Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”), providing members with exclusive benefits, discounts, and promotional opportunities.
By purchasing or participating in the Membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
- Membership is available to iAustralian and New Zealand Residents only.
- Participation in any promotional draws or giveaways is strictly limited to:
- Australian residents; and
- Individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
We reserve the right to verify eligibility and may disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements.
3. Membership Benefits
Membership benefits may include (but are not limited to):
- Storewide discounts (e.g. 20% off)
- Free laser engraving on eligible products
- Access to exclusive promotions, offers, and content
- Entry into promotional draws and giveaways
All benefits are subject to availability and may be modified, substituted, or removed at any time without notice.
4. Membership Fees & Billing
- Membership is billed on a recurring subscription basis (e.g. monthly).
- Promotional offers (including $1 or discounted first month offers) apply only to the initial billing period unless otherwise stated.
- After any promotional period, the standard subscription fee will automatically apply.
- Payments will be automatically charged to your nominated payment method.
If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your Membership and associated benefits immediately.
5. Cancellation
- You may cancel your Membership at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect immediately upon processing.
- All Membership benefits, including discounts, free engraving, and entry into draws, will cease immediately upon cancellation.
- No refunds or partial refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the billing period.
6. Discounts & Offers
- Membership discounts apply only to eligible products and may exclude certain items, collections, or promotions at our discretion.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discount codes unless explicitly stated.
- We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders where discounts are applied incorrectly or abused.
7. Free Engraving
- Free engraving applies only to standard engraving options on eligible products.
- Additional customisation features may incur additional charges.
- Engraving outcomes may vary depending on product material and laser processes.
- All personalised products are non-refundable unless faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
8. Promotions & Draws
- Active Members may receive entry into promotional draws and giveaways.
- To be eligible for any draw, you must:
- Have an active Membership at the time of the draw;
- Be 18 years or older; and
- Be an Australian resident.
- If a Membership is cancelled prior to a draw being conducted, the Member will not be eligible for that draw.
- Draw schedules, prize details, and entry mechanics may vary and will be outlined in promotional materials where applicable.
- Major prize draws (e.g. vehicle giveaways) are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and third-party compliance providers.
We reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who does not meet the criteria.
9. Fair Use & Misuse
Membership is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Membership (without refund) if we reasonably believe:
- Benefits are being misused or exploited
- Orders are placed for resale or commercial gain
- Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected
- There is any breach of these Terms & Conditions
10. Changes to Membership
We reserve the right to:
- Change Membership pricing
- Modify or remove benefits
- Update these Terms & Conditions
Changes will take effect immediately or from the next billing cycle, as determined by us.
Continued use of the Membership constitutes acceptance of any changes.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to Membership benefits
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in the Membership
- All products and services are provided subject to availability
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used for purposes including:
- Managing your Membership
- Processing orders
- Administering promotions and communications
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
