What personalisation options are available for lunchboxes?

We offer several personalisation options including:

• Custom name engraving on drink bottles and lunchboxes
• Choice of fonts is coming, but we cannot choose the colour the laser equipment reacts with the product.
• Fun graphics and character designs are on the way
• Custom messages or quotes
  

Can I see a preview before ordering?

Yes! Our design tool provides a real-time preview of your customisation. You can see exactly how your lunchbox or drink bottle will look before placing your order.

Are there character limits for names or messages?

Names are typically limited to 12-15 characters before we manually split the first and second name in to 2 rows. Custom messages can be up to 25-30 characters depending on the lunchbox size and design chosen.

How do I place a personalised lunchbox order?

Simply:

1. Select your preferred lunchbox style
2. Click 'Add Personalisation' to open our design tool
3. Add your name details
4. Preview your design
5. Add to cart and checkout

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Yes, just pop us an email hello@creativekidslab.com.au and we will try intercept your order before the team processes it.

What if I make a spelling mistake?

Please double-check all spelling before confirming your order. We print exactly what you specify, so please ensure all names and messages are correct. If you do notice a mistake, please reach out ASAP and we can try fix it before with process your order.

⏰ Production & Delivery

How long does personalisation take?

Personalised items typically require 2-5 additional business days for customisation before shipping. Rush orders may be possible from time to time. Our peak periods can see this strecth up to 8 days

Can I track my personalised order?

Yes! You'll receive a tracking number once your personalised lunchbox ships. You can also check your order status in your account.

Are there any design restrictions?

We cannot reproduce copyrighted characters or logos without proper licensing. All designs must be appropriate for children and follow our content guidelines.

What fonts are available?

We offer a selection of child-friendly fonts including playful script, bold block letters, and fun decorative options. You can preview all fonts in our design tool.

💰 Pricing & Policies

How much does personalisation cost?

Th cost to permanently personalise an item is AUD 10.00. We often run half price specials so keep an eye for these. 

Can personalised items be returned?

Due to the custom nature of personalised items, they cannot be returned unless there's a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Do you offer bulk discounts for schools or groups?

Yes! We offer special pricing for bulk orders. Contact us at hello@creativekidslab.com.au for a custom quote.

How do I care for my personalised lunchbox?

To preserve the personalisation:

• Hand wash with mild soap and warm water
• Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing
• Air dry completely before storing
• Do not put in dishwasher unless specifically marked as dishwasher safe
