Care Instructions

Your Big Chill Pack prefers to keep its fabric cover on while in use — this helps protect the pack and reduce condensation inside the lunch bag.

When freezing, however, it likes to go au naturel. Remove the cover and lay the pack flat in the freezer. Once frozen, simply pop the cover back on before placing it in the lunch bag to keep food fresh and cool.

If the cover becomes icy or damp, allow it to air-dry completely before reuse to avoid moisture inside the lunch bag (because no one wants a soggy sandwich!).

The fabric cover is machine washable — just wash as needed and hang out to dry
